Jaguar Land Rover Showroom

The construction of a new Jaguar Land Rover car dealership, comprising 46,000ft² of showroom, workshop, drive-in customer service lane, wet & dry valeting buildings & external car display areas. Works included the demolition of the existing buildings & a phased sequence of work, comprising of a two storey steel frame building with a composite cladding & rainscreen façade system, with extensive structural glass areas. The new franchise building follows the new JLR ‘Arch’ corporate identity brand guidelines, with a significant role in helping both the dealer & client make a purchasing decision.

The development has been a huge success as it accurately reflects the Client’s brief, business case & Client aspirations for the project’s outcome, quality & budget. The scheme received the highest audit result for meeting the Corporate Identity brand franchise requirements of the new JLR ‘Arch’ concept brand, in terms of design & in-use operations. The scheme success & design go beyond a simple ‘look & feel’, albeit one which incorporates striking new architecture & stunning interior design, to place the customer experience at the very heart of the dealership, ensuring each individual customer enjoys a premium experience when interacting with the staff team.

During the construction period we successfully managed the process of removing & disposing existing ground contamination which was present.
