Turkington Construction is an award winning approved contractor successfully undertaking major building projects throughout Northern Ireland in the Public and private sectors. Our extensive experience and management expertise has helped Turkington Construction to grow significantly in recent years. This expansion is primarily through a range of prestigious and innovative Property Development and Construction projects for private customers and local and central government. Landmark successes include Lisburn Library, the stunning Law Society House Building in Belfast City Centre, Eastpoint Entertainment Village and Cinema complex in Dundonald and the refurbishment of Clare House office accommodation in Belfast for the Department of Finance & Personnel. 

As well as acting as main contractor and developer Turkington also provide provide specialist sub-contract and supply expertise through our Windows, Curtain Walling and Precast divisions.  Turkington also offer facilities management services to ongoing PFI/PPP contracts.
