The construction and facilities management of ultra-modern new library, retail units & office accommodation in Lisburn City Centre. Energy efficiency was central to the design & construction of the new library, retail units & office accommodation in Lisburn City Centre dictating the use of an in-situ concrete frame to give a lo carbon design through the exposed concrete giving high thermal masivity & the utilization of ground water heating.

The design & build of these extensive accommodation blocks, with administration building offering dual usage as quality student facilities during university semesters & holiday apartments through the summer break, were completed four months ahead of schedule.

This CCTV controlled site consists of a total 350 new rooms in 70 apartments,  contained within a mixture of two and three storey blocks. Each apartment has 5 en-suite bedrooms with phone & internet access and a large and fully equipped communal kitchen & dining area.
