The construction of a new Costa Coffee retail unit within the busy Spires Retail Park in Armagh. The works were completed in four sections, section one being the proposed retail unit and sections two - four being the external works and drainage, phasing the works around the peak Christmas period. The site contains many large retail units including Marks and Spencer's, which had to remain operational throughout the duration of the contract.

The project was completed within a tight timeframe, with the fit-out contractors programmed to commence, whilst the external works were taking place.
