Redevelopment of existing B&Q store to create space for the new home, leisure & garden retailer. The 76,000 ft² unit required various internal minor demolitions, phased alterations, revised partition layouts, joinery works, floor finishes & decoration, complete with M&E installations (CCTV, fire alarms, lighting, data trunking, power, air conditioning, sprinkler system & drainage). The new store, with a glazed atrium & entrance lobby, includes retail space, outdoor garden area, café, office accommodation, meeting rooms & storage.
