Construction of a new 1524m² coffee pod for Ground Espresso Bars at the newly developed Laganbank Retail Park. The structure steel frame with aluminium curtain walling, windows & doors was completed in just 11 weeks, within a very busy & confined car park environment. The unit was complete with an external seating area, retaining wall & car parking, along with other associated siteworks. M&E installations included the supply & installation of new water & power mains.
