The works included the renovation & alterations to an existing 24,837ft² retail unit within Lisburn City Centre to provide 3 modern retail units. The existing units, built in 1996, included 2nr single storey retail warehouse units providing suspended ceilings, florescent strip lighting, electric roller shutters & oil fired heating. Key building components include structural steel, metal decking, Kingspan roofing & wall panels & aluminium curtain walling. We completed all associated siteworks including car parking, hard & soft landscaping & access & egress roads. 2 of the new units are occupied by Puregym & TK Maxx.
