Redevelopment of the former Marlborough Retail Park including the former 7500m² B&Q store, to create 6nr retail units & 2 stand-alone units in the existing car park.  The works included minor demolitions, erection of structural steelwork, construction of partition walls, large mezzanine levels, wall & floor tiling, installation of lifts, extensive joinery works & installation & erection of tenants corporate logos, colours & displays.  External works included paving, access/egress paths & roads, car parking, landscaping & drainage works.

The units are currently occupied by Marks & Spencer, Airtastic Entertainment Centres, O’Neills, Home Bargains, Starbucks & Burger King.
