The works included the redevelopment of several retail units in The Meadows Shopping Mall to create 78,500ft² of space for the new home, leisure & garden retailer. Initially, we had to demolish the 20nr existing retail units, taking down ceilings & partitions, removing M&E services & finishes. We then completed phased alterations, creation of new openings, revised partition layouts, joinery works, floor finishes & decoration, complete with M&E installations (CCTV, fire alarms, lighting, data trunking, power, lifts, air conditioning, sprinkler system & drainage). The new store includes retail space, outdoor garden area, café, office accommodation, meeting rooms & storage.
