The construction of purpose built specialist heavy goods vehicle workshops consisting of ten service bays, four of which incorporate full length service pits, houses within two separate building, totalling 22600sq ft. The building also include offices, parts sales reception, canteen and store facilities. We also levelled the site to create a 48500sq ft concrete surfaced yard area.

The complex, located in the Carn Industrial Estate in Portadown, was constructed using steel portal frames with architectural block walls to first floor height and the remainder of the wall clad with Kingspan insulated panels. Each bay is access by a fully insulated roller shutter and the concrete floor incorporates a finish applied during the curing process to provide a surface that is slip resistant, withstands heavy vehicular traffic and is resistant to oil spills.
