This 12 storey, managed student accommodation building comprises of 407 luxury student rooms, with communal living space & kitchens, ground floor retail units, reception, offices & shared common areas. The building has high level detailing & a high presence, making this a landmark & standout building in Belfast City Centre.

Works included piled foundations, reinforced concrete frame, 2 storey red brick plinth with terracotta red fibre cement panels on 2nd – 11th floors & white cement panels on the courtyard elevations. The works were complete with extensive M&E service installations & external works including landscaped courtyards.

The project was procured to programme & below budget – achievable through collaborative working arrangements with the Client, Design Team & ourselves.
