We designed and built this high specification office accommodation block, to meet end users requirements in Belfast City Centre. The office development was specifically designed for prestigious international tenants including Siemens and Department of Finance and Personnel.

In more recent years we completed alteration and refurbishment works to create modern accommodation for new tenants including Driving Vehicle Licencing. They required secure compartments within the building consisting of public reception areas and cashier points, strong room, staff and ancillary areas. We incorporated and refurbished existing service installations, providing air conditioning/ventilations and Cat 6 structured cabling. The first floor accommodation was altered to Workplace 2010 requirements, with works including the removal of internal partitions and installations of new partitions to increase useable floor area.

The works were completed in a tight ten week timeframe, complete with external works such as reconfiguration of the car park and services facilities to create additional areas and increased car parking.
