The fast track construction of a new car showroom incorporating existing basement workshop area, complete with parts storage and car valeting facilities, topped with an elevated showroom and integral inclined ramped forecourts. The works involved the demolition and removal of the existing showroom and workshop and the installation of a CFA Contiguous Wall. Once the reinforced concrete basement was formed it was topped with the steel framed car showroom, enveloped with curtain walling and through coloured rendered block walls. The basement includes workshops, parts storage and valeting facilities, which ensured adequate space for cars on the forecourts. The forecourts were ramped from the street level to the elevated showroom level, which maximises the view of cars on display.

The works were complete with new bitmac roads and resurfacing to the existing, drainage, fencing and access gates and external lighting and CCTV.
