We successfully redeveloped the former B&Q store to create new retail units including The Range. The works included replacing the front façade, dividing the building into various units via separating walls & mezzanine floors & creating new openings in the external envelope to provide additional access to each unit. Each unit was completed with M&E service installations including heating, power, ventilation, emergency & fire alarm systems. We completed all external site works including the upgrading of existing car parking, drainage & landscaping.
