We successfully constructed a new 76, 073ft² industrial unit, incorporating offices, welfare facilities & production areas, along with external delivery & dispatch areas. This fast-track development, located within our head office complex, was completed for a logistics tenant on time, on budget & to an exceptionally high standard.
Founded on rigid inclusions, the structural steel frame was complete with in-situ concrete floor slabs, insulated metal roofing & cladding, metal deck upper floors, aluminium windows & doors, ceilings & partitions, extensive PVC wall cladding, along with mechanical & electrical service installations & a specialist fit-out.
Here at our head office, we have many tenants including McMullan Facades, SBM Contracts, Power Poles Limited, Mills Contracts & FG Wilson, who occupy various units & areas of the yard, therefore like them, the new tenant will now be part of the family.
