Construction of a 24220sq ft extension to an existing factory workshop building, located at a prominent location at the entrance to the Mahon Road Industrial Estate. The structure consisted of strip and pad foundations, steel frame, in-situ concrete floor slabs, cavity block rendered walls with insulated metal cladding, insulated metal roofing with roof lights, powder coated insulated roller shutter doors and personnel doors.

The site, located Unit 1 Mahon Industrial Estate, Mahon Road, Portadown, BT62 3EH, situated at the entrance to the industrial estate, occupies a prominent location at the junction of the Mahon Road and the Mahon Industrial Estate. The existing building was currently vacant and comprised factory and workshop accommodation, with associated offices and ancillary accommodation.
