The works involved the refurbishment of the existing pre-cast factory unit to create a state of the art manufacturing facility for the Lakesmere Group. The 88,803sq ft factory includes manufacturing facilities, dispatch areas, stores and welfare facilities. The works included the removal of internal ramps, tracks, conveyors partitions and block walls, making good of walls and cladding, replacement of skylights, replacement of roller shutters, new partition layout, redecoration and refurbishment of canteen, toilets and office accommodation.
